Thinkrium Diary
Privacy Policy
Thinkrium Diary is designed as a private writing experience. This policy explains what information the app stores and how cross-device sync works.
Information we collect
The app may store the name you enter for diary personalization, your diary entries, the diary replies shown to you, and a private diary identifier used to find encrypted synced pages.
How diary data is stored
If you do not add a private diary key, pages are stored locally on the device or browser you are using. If you add a private diary key, the app can sync encrypted diary data through Neon so you can open the same diary on another device.
Private diary key
Your private diary key is used on your device to encrypt and unlock synced pages. Thinkrium does not store or recover this key. If the key is lost, synced encrypted pages may not be recoverable.
How we use information
- To personalize the diary with the name you provide.
- To save and show your remembered diary pages.
- To sync encrypted pages across devices when you choose to use a private diary key.
- To respond to support, deletion, or privacy requests you send us.
Data sharing and tracking
Thinkrium Diary does not sell your diary content and does not use your diary entries for advertising tracking. We may use service providers, such as hosting and database providers, only to operate the app and provide sync functionality.
Deletion requests
You can clear local diary data from your device or browser storage. To request help with synced data, email support with the subject “Thinkrium Diary Privacy Request”.
