How your diary saves pages

Thinkrium Diary can save pages on your current device. If you add a private diary key, your encrypted pages can also sync through Neon so you can open the same diary on another device.

Opening your diary on another device

Use the same name and private diary key that you used when you first opened the diary. The private key is not stored by Thinkrium, so we cannot recover encrypted pages if the key is lost.

Troubleshooting

• If pages do not appear on another device, check that the same private diary key was used exactly.
• If sync is unavailable, the diary may still save pages locally in the browser or app until the connection returns.
